I met Mina at one of her open houses. After just a few minutes of talking with her I had a sense of her trustworthiness and sincerity. During contract and home inspection negotiations she relayed my position to the seller in positive terms. My gut told me that the seller trusted her opinion deeply which made any issues very easy to resolve. One very positive aspect for me was how Mina was able to provide substantial backup to the appraiser for how she and the seller had priced the house. Since I went in without an appraisal contingency on my bid, this mattered bigly. I had the lucky coincidence to see Mina again when she was collecting her lockbox after settlement and she showed genuine interest in how I would be decorating my new home -wow! How many seller’s agents would show that kind of interest in how the buyer was doing? Mina’s actions throughout the entire process gave me a sense of good karma about my home purchase.
