Review for Ms Mei Loh Becker I live in California and have a vacation home in Henderson, NV. I wanted to sell the home due to the favorable market in the Las Vegas area, but I was dreading the problems of handling the sale from long distance. I figured I would have to fly in or drive in to fix up the place and get all big/small issues addressed. Fortunately, Ms Becker took charge of everything for me: * She searched and found gardeners with really reasonable rates and had them trim the bushes, clean up the front and back yard, took out three threes that died, even cleared out a bees’ nest. * She had house cleaners come and make everything practically spotless. * She had a handyman fix up minor things around the house and painted over areas as needed. * All the while, I stayed back in CA and she kept me updated by sending pictures of the problem areas before and after the fixes. * She had a professional photographer take really great pictures of the house to put on the website. I can say the pictures made the house look 50% better than it is. * She took care of so many small details that most people would not notice. * She put up things at her own expenses to make the house look better, like decorative items in the house, solar lights in the front and back yards, shoes covers for visitors to keep the floor clean,… Once the house went on the market, we had multiple offers and we ended up with an offer $ 30K over asking price. The sale went through without a hitch and all I had to do was to come to Henderson to sign the paperwork. I wholeheartedly recommend Ms Becker to anyone needing a realtor’s services.
