Where do I start? My family had a lot of anxiety about selling this home. Tons of memories and we felt a window was missed to truly capitalize on market conditions. After multiple meetings with Mimi we decided to list. Mimi jumped right in. Assisting with the downsize, arranging contractors for repairs and reassuring us the timing was right. Within a week after listing we had multiple offers over asking. Without her professionalism and positive attitude we never would have made the leap.
