My husband and I both retired in California and decided to move to El Paso, Texas. Mily Patton was highly recommended to us and it was the best decision. We had been in contact with Mily even before we retired and she made everything so easily and readily available to us. She kept in close contact with us as well as sending home listings for us to consider. I retired in August and headed out to El Paso to meet up with Mily who scheduled a full day of open houses. Mily did a fantastic job with the homes she took us to look at based on our criteria we had given her and at the end of the day we decided on a new construction home. Mily immediately put us in contact with a mortgage company who was extremely helpful during the process. When the inspectors had to come out to inspect our property, Mily was there for us since we still lived in California. When it came down to signing our mortgage paperwork they scheduled a mobile notary to come to our house in California. The entire process went very smooth and without making any trips back and forth to El Paso. We closed escrow in early September and we still keep in close contact with Mily. She will forever be our Realtor.

Mily is beyond helpful and knowledgeable. I bought my house using her services and sold the same house with her. She is beyond invested in her work and best of all a super family oriented and will make sure you get the best possible outcome.
