Best realtor ever

Mills Davis was the perfect realtor for me. When doing the initial walkthrough of the house, he was completely honest about which improvements were worth doing and what could be left as is. He personally did some of the tasks that were beyond my scope and found honest, fair contractors to handle the rest. His valuation of the property was right in line with the other realtors who had viewed the property. His company took beautiful pictures that highlighted all the features of the house and land and looked great both in the online listing and in the on-site brochure. The first day the house was listed we had multiple offers, several of which were above asking. When we sat down to discuss the offers, he listened to my concerns and helped me to decide which to go with, never pressuring, just asking questions that helped me choose the offer that worked best for me. He hung tight with me through the roller coaster ride to closing and I left North Carolina more than happy with how the sale went.
