I arrived to Florida from Germany and began looking for a home. Millie Doyle was the only realtor of the four that I had contacted who was always there and ready to show me houses. No matter which houses I wanted to see, she was quick to contact the right people to get my wife and myself and then my daughter to get in to view the house. Once we chose a home, she negotiated the price with the owner to get a commitment over another buyer. She coordinated, appointments with inspectors and got everything i needed to close on the home prior to the deadline I had set. Even after, the purchase and closing, she has continued to check on how we are enjoying the house and sending sent Christmas house warming gift an another gift of seeds for summer flowers.
