Success in real estate comes down to two factors: taking care of and valuing the customer. This is how we felt about Milla, who was the best realtor we ever had to deal with. The sale price for the house was determined through the detailed and professional analysis of nearby properties, and it helped with a quick sale of the house. Once on the market, Milla was beyond amazing from day-to-day updates to late evening negotiations once the offer was made. She helped us with reading the home for sale from locating contractors to finding the light fixtures to make the house attractive. She was understanding to our needs to sell the house as soon as possible because every day without tenants was coming at a cost. She advertised the house where-ever possible, made commercials and flyers. In the end, she was fighting for us as if it was her own property and allowed us to get the greatest deal. On the last day she was at the house with the buyers holding the keys and waiting for the proceeds to appear in our bank account. The house was on sale for a month, the offer was made on July 4th, and we closed on July 31st. If we could rate her at 10 in this review, we definitely would!
