Militza helped the reviewer buy this property

Simply the Best!

Working with Miltza to buy our Longwood home was a wonderful experience! Her hands-on approach truly made all the difference and took all the stress off our shoulders. She worked with us for a short week we spent last August in Orlando to show us some homes and understand in depth what we were looking for. After we went back to our old home she worked tirelessly to help us find a home remotely that fits us and made sure the process of securing a loan and purchasing the home was as painless as possible. After we got our new home Militza handled everything—from coordinating multiple contractors, removal and repairs, cleaners and inspectors to helping with furniture and appliances deliveries and installations ensuring the home was ready for us to move in. Her ability and willingness to coordinate the entire process, constant communication and support, especially after closing, made our move to Orlando smooth and efficient. If you’re looking to buy your next home, Militza is the person that you need next to your side.
