LOOK NO FURTHER!! PATEL IS THE MAN FOR THE JOB!! My husband and I have been searching and searching for months with another realtor. I happen to stumble across Patel in search of a home under his listing but it was already under contract. In that one conversation we had with Patel about the listing, we realized it wasn't about money for this guy. Patel was energetic, persistant and made the time for us. Let me start by just saying that I have never had a buying experience that has been so seamless, stress-free, and easy. This market is absolutely crazy right now, and we went into it thinking we were going to have to settle or deal with less than stellar service from agents because of the buying frenzy. Not so with Milap. He treated us with such courtesy and knowledge and truly worked hard to make sure we found the house that we really wanted.
