Thorough and Seamless

I knew Milyle was very professional and knowledgeable after our first conversation. I knew I had made the right choice after we scheduled to view some houses. She handed a folder to my wife and I that had details of the houses we wanted to see and a few more as viable options. We finally found the house we wanted to put submit an offer and Mikyle was there to make sure everything was in place. After we had the home inspection performed she diligently negotiated to get the concessions we wanted and landed us at the price point we felt comfortable with for the home. She was amazing. But what made my experience with Mikyle extremely satisfying was that 6 months after we closed on the house she was working behind the scenes to get our deed updated with the correct lot size. We had the land surveyed and apparently the lot was larger than what the original deed had written. I did not even know she was having the deed amended until we received the paperwork from the attorney. To say Mikyle was exceptional is an understatement.
