When we found the house we wanted to make a bid on, she walked us through the process to ensure that we felt comfortable every step of the way. When we were in escrow, she worked tirelessly to set up all of our inspections, and helped us to discern and make sense of the reports. We feel so lucky to have been able to work with Mikka--she made the process fun and as stress free as possible!

This was our first home purchase, transitioning from long-term renters to owners in under a month. We needed to act fast to be able to complete this major step, and being rather naive, we needed help. Mikka was amazing in every aspect of our home purchase, from initially explaining our options, the process to buy through to closure of escrow. Mikka kept us well informed throughout and was immediately responsive to any questions. She coordinated a slew of inspections and quotes, and took charge of the negotiating with the seller's agent, and pretty much every aspect of the process. Mikka kept us calm through this dizzying and scary step, filled us with confidence and showed that our interests were her priority.
