Great advice and great service
Mike has deep experience of the Santa Cruz market, and we appreciated his advice on everything from pricing to preparing our house for viewing to managing offers. He worked great with our tight timeline. He worked with an excellent photographer who made our listing look great. He also recommended and helped coordinate an excellent landscaper to redo our front yard in time for the house to go on the market and at a very reasonable cost. He was responsive, very well organized and a pleasure to work with.
