Very helpful and would always work around our schedule. If you wanted to see a house that came on the market that same day he would call to schedule a viewing. Very knowledgeable within the lake county area. Overall a very friendly guy and didn't push a sell on us if we were not pleased with a home he would say that the house is out there for us. explained the contract step by step and even helped when our lawyer couldn't get things moving. even though Mike was not able to make it to our closing since he was on vacation he did send someone on his behalf to do the final walk through an hour before our closing and she also went to the closing.
