I really don't know if there is enough I can say about Mike. He is absolutely one of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of working with in the Real Estate business. I was formerly a Loan Officer and worked with several different agents. I chose Mike due to his diligence on action items for buyers, responsiveness to the lender, and his overall professionalism. He always has his buyers best interest in mind and will go to the end of the earth to ensure they are protected. I gave Mike a nearly impossible timeframe and parameters for the purchase of my new home. The odds were against me for getting into a place and Mike was the one who made it happen! Being a first time home buyer, I had several questions that Mike was unbelievably patient with me. On top of that there were several red flags on some places we toured that I would have never thought of if he hadn't mentioned certain things might be an issue. He was honest with me about playing in this market where most offers go over asking and let me know what would be reasonable and would have comps to provide the bid. From a lending prospective as well as a buyer, Mike truly goes above and beyond. He truly is one of the few truly professional people in this industry! I would suggest Mike to everyone including my own mother!

He was always there to answer any questions or help in any way that he could, and always showed us beautiful houses that fit our requirements for a house. He was also very honest about what he would do given your unique situation if he were you.
Mike helped us sell our townhome and purchase our home. He helped us get our townhome ready for sale and we were under contract very quickly! Mike really listen to us and helped us find the house we wanted in the neighborhood we wanted within our budget (which can definitely be a challenge in Denver!). He was available and super helpful while we were under contract. Mike went above and beyond to make both the purchase and sale go smoothly.

He is honest, an effective communicator, and he will keep your best interests in mind at all times.
