Mike Swanson is a personable, competent, confident guy and we immediately felt comfortable with him. He cares about the community he lives and works in. We were prepared for a long search, but unexpectedly came across our dream home after viewing just one other. Mike gave great advice as far as our offer went. He is very knowledgeable about what would make our offer stand out to the buyer. He helped us view the place several times, was there for the inspection, and after our original lender went sideways, led us to a fantastic bank. I can’t recommend him enough! Mike Swanson is more than just a realtor, he has become a neighbor and friend.
