I am a servant leader, with a focus on being a good steward with responsibilities, I do this by being knowledgeable about the communities I serve, hard working and being very responsive, ethical yet very skilled in negotiations. ^ Over the years I have been able to personally help over 450 families either buy or sell a home since becoming a REALTOR in 2003. I truly enjoy what I do and appreciate the opportunities to help so many people. ^ I love working hard for my clients, exceeding the results they expect and staying in communication with them throughout the process. I've been a successful REALTOR for over 18 years and most of those years serving as a Broker Associate or as a previous RE/MAX Broker Owner. I also have experience as a previous Residential Contractor which helps me to have an understanding about how homes are built. Currently I am a Broker Associate with the Horizon West Group of RE/MAX and service the greater Orlando Area, specializing in the Horizon West Metro Area. ^ I live in Winter Garden with my family and really enjoy the local community scene we have. So many great spaces to explore currently and looking forward to those still being built. This is the second real estate transaction where I've worked with Mike Spicer, and the level of service and expertise that he brings is unparalleled in my experience. I have worked with other real estate agents in the past, and I would not choose to work with anybody in the future aside from Mike. Mike is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and excellent negotiator, and is more responsive than any other real estate agent that I worked with. I strongly recommend him for both buying and selling.

Mike is amazing

Mike is amazing. He has been my representative for my last two home purchases and I am positive they wouldn't have happened without his knowledge and tenacity. He stuck with us when one funding fell through and helped drive our deal to close. I would highly recommend and he will be my representative so long as he is in the business.

Mike is a fantastic realtor who combines experience with loan counseling, home reno contracting, and top notch realty services. He made sure that our home hunt was focused on getting my family in the right place at the right price for us. He is never pushy, but always responsive. He was quickly and easily able to field all of our many questions due to his deep and broad expertise. He craftfully combines being chill and relaxed to help ease stress while maintaining a tactile focus on the mission. We are grateful to have been able to work with Mike and he has since bought 2 additional houses with our friends who have shared the excellent experiences we had. Mike is an AWESOME agent

Mike is an AWESOME agent. He knows how to get the job done and is so "user friendly". His experience helped us not only get us the money we wanted out of the 2 houses we sold, it helped us get the dream house we wanted in a VERY crazy market! I would recommend Mike to ANYONE buying or selling their home.

My experience with Mike was beyond excellent. He was professional, patient, and calm me even when I was getting frustrated.
