Mike was knowledgeable about the property we were interested in. If he didn’t know the answer to something, he had the answer to us quickly. He was very accommodating to fit our needs.

We purchased site on seen and had several questions that needed to be answered. He was not very forthcoming in his approach to helping us which after seeing the home in person left us with some very unforeseen projects. I realize he represented both us and the seller but was left feeling a little bit bewildered.
