First and foremost, Mike did a phenomenal job of representing our family and our interests over maximizing his commission. He was a breath of fresh air in allowing us space to discuss all aspects of the transactions, showing us the homes we had on our list, previewing many of them via video (long distance relocation) for us and just doing an overall great job in support from end to end. He answered all of our questions thoughtfully, guided us on real estate locations that he beleived were best suited for our family and was a trusted advisor for price negotiation, inspection analysis, market comp studies, etc. He listened to our needs and our wants and helped guide us to a wonderful location and outcome.
