Mike Rosen was our realtor representing us in the sale of our condo. We listed it in July and it was sold within a week for a fair price. Mike gave great advise regarding preparation for the sale and value of our home. He kept us informed every step of the way from listing to closing. His marketing is top notch! He uses professional photographers and designs a beautiful brochure highlighting the features of the home along with great internet exposure. Mike assisted us in the purchase over 5 years ago and now the sale of the condo as well as the purchase of two rental properties. We couldn't be more pleased with him!

We worked extensively with Melissa with her as our buyer's agent for many months to find the perfect house. She was very intent on us getting the house we wanted at the price we wanted. Mike was very involved, thorough and hands-on throughout the process and handled every step very well, even when we hit the inevitable snags. When selling, he advised on the right updates to do, the contractors to use and did a thorough background research of our area and recommended the best price to list. We were under contract almost immediately, but after the buyer backed out in the last minute he kept us updated constantly and re-listed our home and got it under contract again soon and eventually we closed successfully. When buying, Mike realized that the property we wanted would sell immediately and worked with us on a weekend to write up a very competitive offer quickly and was in constant touch with the seller's agent to make our offer get accepted inspite of a multiple offer situation. In short, Mike is very knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and negotiator, and someone you should have on your side in every real estate transaction!

Mike helped us buy our first home and was a referral from a coworker that had a good experience. We were very pleased with his knowledge, honesty, and responsiveness answering our home buying questions and helping negotiate our offer price. We were focused mainly in the Reston and Herndon area to be close to work. He was always available and responded quickly via text, phone, or email even on nights and weekends. I especially appreciated his honesty and candid comments about houses we looked at including telling us not to buy one house we looked. Mike also put together a detailed listing of comps and advised us to offer quite a bit lower than we planned to which was great. He did a great job negotiating our offer with the sellers and gave us honest good advice negotiating contingencies and escalations that ultimately won the house at a price we were happy with. Mike was also great with the after purchase process including getting the information for utilities, assisting with the walkthrough after the rent back period, and asking questions to sellers about various things before we moved in. We never felt rushed, pressured, or in the dark about about anything. I would be happy to recommend Mike to anyone looking for a home.
