Mike helped the reviewer sell this property

The best real estate broker I have ever dealt with

Mike's knowledge of the Wilmington Real Estate landscape and suggestions for house preparation paid dividends when placing our house on the market. Even when the COVID-19 situation was really affecting the real estate market, our home had an offer in a very short period of time. His availability made the effort as stress-free as can be imagined. He was always available by by phone or text even outside standard business hours which is was very important to us.
