As a first time homebuyer, i was not expecting a smooth buying experience. Mike helped me with locating a home at my set price and guided me throughout the entire home buying process. His guidance led me to place an offer on a home that was in escrow, as the backup offer. Because of Mike’s knowledge in real estate and constant communication with the seller’s agent, my offer was accepted and I am now a homeowner of a beautiful fully upgraded house.
