Mike Pulec helped us find and buy a home in Lake Kiowa, TX. Mike is very knowledgable of the area and the real estate business in general. When we met with him, he was prepared to show us several homes that fit our criteria. Once we selected a home, he was able to recommend a finance agent that was just as helpful as Mike. Mike helped us through the whole process of home inspection and dealing with the builder to correct a few items We feel Mike Pulec went over and beyond what was required of him. I can highly recommend Mike and will use him again if we ever have a need for a realtor.

Mike was very professional, knew the market we were looking at inside and out. He went up and above the call of duty to help with familiarizing us with our new community and surrounding area. Being a custom home builder, I have not built in this area and Mike is helping with subcontractor and supplier information for our new location. Would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family
