Mike Pisacreta: Realtor Extraordinaire! Prior to me listing my house with Mike I had my house on the market for SIX MONTHS and had not received a single offer. On the day the listing went live I received and a 2nd offer on DAY TWO of the listing (which was negotiated and closed). Mike's tenacity and work ethic was apparent from our first introduction.
