I have been involved with several real estate transactions with Mr. Pisacreta in the past 4 years. In every case, Mike has been like a dog on a pork chop! He is detail and task oriented and focused on getting your property sold or finding your dream home. He sincerely puts your interests first and helps you navigate the intricate complexities of home buying and selling. I have referred Mike to several of my friends and they have thanked me profusely for the introduction. In short, I couldn't endorse Mike and his team MORE!

I told Mike and Danny to give me no bs! Tell me what I have to hear, and not what I want to hear. Other realtors couldn’t grasp the concept of honesty with a nervous seller as Mike did. We agreed on an asking price together. And together we got asking price! In 10 days. Mike always kept in touch with me throughout the whole transaction. Always checked in, even after my home sold. I wouldn’t look elsewhere. Professional and caring. Great combination!

Mike will fight for you, and be there until the end, regardless of the amount of the sale. He's my Realtor!!

I am relocating and Michael helped me find the perfect property. Can’t say enough about what a great realtor Micheal is. Will use him again as he was attentive and listened to what I needed. Thank so so much for the great service you provided.

Mike was a huge asset to our journey in uprooting our family to cross state lines to find our new home! Mike worked hard in helping us find the house that fits our needs and even had items on our “wishlist”. Without struggle there is no progress. Any struggles we came across, Mike was there in our corner backing us up on everything and fighting for us. He made the process seamless and easy, especially during the hard times our country was facing. There were times when we were not in the same state but he made an effort to show us homes through FaceTime and constant and transparent communication. His knowledge of the real estate world was impeccable! Thank you, Mikey, for all you hard work and dedication!

Mike was wonderful to work with. Mike handled a unique sale with patience Speed and knowledge. I would never consider anyone but Mike as my realtor. I recommend him to all family and friends .

A True Professional Mike was great. He was professional and responsive throughout the entire process. It was refreshing to have someone answer your calls or call you back within minutes of leaving a message. We felt he always had our best interest in mind when working through a couple of challenges, while also respecting and protecting the seller's side of the transaction. We will be referring him to our friends and family when they decide to purchase in his supported area.

Mr. Pisacreta, was one of the more genuine, courteous and professional realtors I have had the pleasure to work with. I recommend contacting him and learning how he is very knowledgeable and discrete he is with your needs. Mike works on making sure he is looking out for your needs.

Mike provided outstanding realtor service throughout the sale of our house. Mike is a highly knowledgeable and reliable realtor who worked diligently to complete the sale of our house. He went above and beyond to make the process as stress free as possible in spite of two contract cancelations. It took Mike no more than a day or so to find new potential buyers. Mike also took care of our home during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays while we were up north with our children. Mike kept us informed throughout the process and kept us on track completing all of the necessary documentation. I would highly recommend Mike as a realtor in the Jacksonville - St. Augustine area.

Mike is the chance encounter that changes everything for the better. He facilitated the sale of our home and it was truly the most seamless, pleasant experience. The sale was quickly done with equal concern for all involved. He is so knowledgeable, energetic and just plain fun to be around. There are just not enough words to show our appreciation for his hard work. We don't often write reviews (just read them) but Mike deserves all the recommendations we could possibly give.
