Mike was absolutely wonderful! I am out of state so it wasn’t easy for me to look around at a bunch of houses and neighborhoods. Mike was incredibly kind, helpful and patient, he did videos of home and sent them to me to see houses, and when the right one came along he was right there with me through the whole process! I didn't have one hiccup throughout the process. Not being able to be in the state he was there for everything. He set 99% of everything up, was there for inspection to final walk through. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional! So grateful I got to work with him! Would recommend hands down to anyone looking from in or out of state!

As New Yorkers looking for a warm place to escape the frigid Northeast winters, my wife and I began to look online at properties for sale in Florida, specifically the Sarasota area. Mike had more knowledge than I expected. Between finding a home in my limits both location and price to giving me updates on houses that arrived on the market. He always was ready to show my wife and me a house when we’re ready. He didn’t rush us into making any decisions that could affect us negatively.
