Mike Pattison

Hands down Mike is the best real estate agent in the Hampton Roads area. He immediately addressed any of our questions or concerns and also updated us daily on how things were progressing in the purchase of our home. Mike made sure we were able to close on our dream home in less than thirty days. After we closed on our home Mike has continued to stay in contact to ensure things are going well. If you’re in the market for a agent you can’t go wrong with Mike Pattison.

I highly recommend Michael Pattinson. I searched for a rental home for several weeks with no luck. After speaking with Michael, he found us a home that exceeded our expectations within one day! On top of that, the owners lowered the original rent cost, saving us more money than expected.

Mike has been absolutely Awesome! He has always made himself available, has wealth of knowledge and has made us very comfortable with the whole process; both selling and buying. He advised what I needed to do to sell and offered to help on multiple occasions. And always managed our expectations. He was very, very helpful with buying as well. Helped us understand what to look for and watch out for. He would point out things that were good and bad and what we could negotiate for. Mike has always been there for any questions, a phone call or text away. Not understanding some of the paperwork, or have a question about what happens next or what you should do......Call Mike!!!
