Great thanks to Mike for helping us in finding a beautiful home in the right neighborhood for the right price. The best thing is that he was focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. Every time we viewed a new property , Mike would perform a inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, roof etc. He always explains about Pro's and Con's of each property. I am happy that Mike guided us in a scheduled way that we were able to have the closing time of new home matching with our apartment lease end date. Afterwards, he set up an automatic search that provided e-mail notifications for houses or condos we might consider. He called us on one that he thought we would like. We did and purchased it.
