Mike helped the reviewer buy this property

Exceptional Results!

We recently sold our condo and contracted to have a new home built. Mike Pacifico of The Pacifico Group handled both transactions. He was unbelievable, he sold our condo on the first day it was listed in 2 hours for substantially more than our asking price. His marketing skills made that BIG of difference. Our builder had indicated our new house would be done in late December or early January. Mike has stayed on them every week and it looks like the first week of November we will be moved in, once again because Mike stays on top of things to make sure they are done right and on time or earlier. Plus we have an interest rate locked in 2 points below the current rate. So if your looking for someone who knows all sides and aspects of the business and will deliver more than you ever expected, Mike Pacifico is your man.
