Our first-time-homebuying process was an absolute pleasure in spite of a competitive market and a global pandemic, thanks entirely to Mike. He patiently and professionally walked us through every step, answering late-night emails right away and helping us feel confident in our choices. At showings, he pointed out things we didn't know to look for, teaching us about the homebuying process and helping us make an informed decision about our new home.
