A native of the triad area, Mike returned to central North Carolina from Williamsburg, Virginia in 2010. He and his wife, Brandy, had settled in the historic town following his graduation from East Carolina University where he received a degree in Management and Business. In Williamsburg he began a career in hospitality management at resorts and hotels, and Brandy began her career as a school teacher.
While awaiting the arrival of their first child, Mike and Brandy began looking for opportunities to return to North Carolina to be near family. Three days after the birth of their son, Wesley, Mike took a position as General Manager of the Spring Hill Suites by Marriott in Greensboro, NC. Now with his feet firmly planted on native soil he decided to become a Realtor so he can assist others in landing home.
A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Mike is keen to help transitioning veterans. He has first-hand knowledge of Veterans Affairs Loans, and understands the unique struggles facing military families returning to civilian life. Having spent time in China, Korea, Japan, Puerto Rico, and the East and West coasts of the United States, Mike knows the importance of finding a home.
In his youth, Mike obtained the rank of Eagle Scout from Troop 527 in Asheboro, NC. and has continued his love of the great outdoors enjoying camping, hiking, kayaking, and cycling.
Working and living across the greater triad area, Mike is well versed in the qualities each community possesses. Understanding the unique needs of each individual family is Mike's focus when it comes to buying or selling your home.
