It was a pleasure to work with Mike. My wife and I had a very strict set of criteria to work with, and Mike dedicated much of his time over the past twelve months to find "the one" for us. In fact, in this Seller's Market, Mike competed with several other offers to convince the sellers to choose our offer! Mike also has connections to inspectors, builders, financiers, and anything else you will need along the way making it really seem effortless at times. We love our new home in Carlsbad and we're already figuring out the next deal we can make with Mike!
