Liz and I are experienced, dedicated, and well established Realtors. We will go "Above and beyond" to represent you to the best of our ability. Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service, coupled with a successful 20 year business career prior to becoming Realtors has helped propel us to become top 10% Producers for RE/MAX in the metro Atlanta market. We've been married for 42 years and have 3 amazing children, Lindsay, Ryan and Susie, whom was adopted from China in 2001. We are blessed to have 6 wonderful Grandchildren, Caroline, Luke, Evie, Elizabeth, Henry and Emilia. Liz and I are very active in charitable service work. In 2021, we were the recipients of the 2021 Agent's Choice award for Charitable Services among all Agents in Metro Atlanta. We deliver sandwiches every week to a Homeless Shelter in downtown Atlanta. To date, we have delivered well over 75,000 sandwiches. Liz is very active with an Orphanage outreach called Mustard Seed Communities, headquartered in Kingston, Jamaica. She is personably responsible for fitting over 1700 handicapped children in their own customized wheelchairs. So, if you want Realtors you can trust, Liz and I are the ones for you! We sold our house through Mike and his wife Liz and had an extraordinary experience. They knew exactly how to price our house for immediate interest. The helped us make the design choices that made the maximum impact on buyers. They helped us handle multiple offers to end with a selling price above asking. We had a contract in just days! They convinced us that we should kick things off with an Open House, and that is where the buyer came from. The COVID virus broke out halfway through the process; they adjusted quickly and we never missed a beat. I wish I could give more stars.
