He ably helped me negotiate a great price, took care of a zillion details around getting the inspection done, working with my buyer's attorney, and getting information I needed from the condo association (he actually drove over to the property management office, found the chief, and obtained what we needed). I didn't have to lift a finger while Mike worked tirelessly, diligently, and very capably throughout: this resulted in a stress-free transaction and I'm now living in my dream lakeshore condo! Wow!
