When my elderly parents were selling their home, Mike was so patient and compassionate with them. He made countless trips to the house and when there was storm damage discovered on the roof, he arranged for the contractor and went nose-to-nose with the insurance company. Along the way in the process, I took over the lead for my parents to reduce the burden on them. Mike was communicative and very clear on what steps to take to expedite the sale. When a buyer backed out of the sale at one point, Mike was our advocate and negotiated a fair settlement such that the total we made from the sale of the house was more than the asking price. Selling a home, for me, is an intimidating and stressful experience (as for most because after all, most of us don't do this very many times in our life.)
