The house we sold after 10 years was one Mike helped us find and purchase. Because of our very positive experience with him on acquiring the home we didn't hesitate to have Mike list and sell the property when we were ready to move on. Mike was very accessible and always ready to go the extra step to help us through the process. This was a 2nd home for us, about 100 miles from our primary residence. Mike made countless trips over to check on things or just to save us a trip down. When the appraisal turned up some items we needed to deal with, Mike had all the contacts of people who did the jobs within days at a fair price. He is easy to work with, thorough and very knowledgeable about the local market.

After almost purchasing the first house we saw with Mike we decided that house was not right for us. Mike was more than happy to show us several other listings until we found the perfect house to call our first home. Once the contract was accepted Mike walked us through each step of the process and made himself available whenever we had questions. I have heard buying a house is one of the most stressful times one will have in life, however, Mike made the process painless and stress free.
