Mike was such an asset for us throughout this process. His experience in the local community for the past 30 years is invaluable, but perhaps even more so is his patience and endurance! We had many hiccups in our sale process and a lot of curveballs thrown at us, but Mike was so patient and steady through the whole process. He was a wonderful ambassador for us, being out of state, and great mediator, helping to soothe tenant concerns while negotiating the deal between ourselves and the buyer.
