Mike Julian was a very helpful realtor who always made himself readily available for a first time seller with tons of questions. He was also was very patient and understanding with the many unexpected delays that arose in preparing the house for market. The house sold in less than 2 days on the market. Mike definitely understood all of my priorities as a seller and brought me the perfect deal for my expectations.
