Excellent communicator during the whole process.

We were always well informed of any and all showings, feedback from potential buyers and if we had any questions, no matter the hour, Mike was on it !! We felt very confident with him as our realtor and he did the best with getting us a decent price for our dad's house, considering the market and the condition our dad's house was in. There are so many factors to consider when listing a property and Mike knew just how to market it !! We can't thank him enough for everything he had to do to make a contract/settlement happen.
