Mike is so knowledgable about everything real estate. He knew exactly where to price my house for a quick sale. Going through this process as a single woman, Mike was able to calmly walk me through each step (sometimes stressful). I appreciate all of his help through each step, up to the very end, through settlement day. Even after settlement he checked in to see how I was doing after a big move to South Carolina.
