I contacted Mike, needing to get into a home with 3 bedrooms and a garage in the York area and within an hour of giving him my requirements, he had found me a condo and scheduled me a showing appointment! 3 days later we made an offer and the rest is history. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home in the greater York area, please don’t hesitate to call Mike Jones!
We are so thankful for Mike. He was beyond attentive, very personable, organized, and knowledgeable. He made buying our first home so easy. We will forever recommend him to everyone we know!
Working with Mike was a pleasure! We had a few offers on the house and settlement date changed a few times but there wasn’t one moment I didn’t know what was going on. Mike had very clear communication with me and helped guide me with every question I did have.
Over the past 7 years, Mike has assisted us with several houses and properties. He is professional, knowledgeable, and has always been there 100% to provide us with every need we have had. We honestly could not have asked for anymore from an agent. We will never use anyone else!

Mike was helpful, professional and a joy to work with. He is very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were were comfortable with the listing price we went with and a timeline for selling our home. Within days we had great offers that exceeded our expectations. He is polite, communicative and thinks ahead of all necessary steps. He truly does whatever he can to make the experience smooth and simple wherever he can. We will absolutely use Mike again in the future and recommend him to our friends and family.
We don’t sell a home that often so it was refreshing to have an agent that explained the process and made us feel comfortable throughout. Mike listened to our concerns and expectations and addressed each with simple answers we could follow and understand. Communication was easy and he was always available to address any concerns or questions. We really couldn’t ask for better service or a smoother experience. He made it enjoyable and stress free.
I can't thank Mike enough for his help during the home buying process. He was patient and honest with each viewing and never tried to push something that wasn't the perfect fit for me. Mike had my best interest in mind. He made this experience enjoyable, and I can't wait to use him again for the buying and selling of any homes in the future! Thanks again, Mike!
We interviewed several realtors and included Mike in the mix, without a recommendation, because he sold a home similar to ours close by for a good price. After talking to potential realtors and getting their thoughts about how to sell our house, they all pretty much gave us the same price point and prediction of what would happen once we put our home on the market. We decided to work with Mike because we liked his sense of hustle & motivation. We felt like he was "hungry" for the business. We also liked that he was so knowledgeable about the market, set realistic expectations and was so flexible. Mike also respected our needs and wishes as we entered this agreement. After we signed a contract with Mike, he was easy to work with and extremely transparent about the steps he was taking to sell our home. He shared tracking tools so we could see how he was strategically marketing our home and the amount of interest his efforts were drumming up. He made smart suggestions and when we quickly received an offer, he negotiated a great price and deal for us (way more than my husband thought we would get). From the start of this process until the moment of settlement, Mike was in constant communication with us. AND during this time his wife had a baby girl. Mike never once dropped the ball! He was organized, honest, solved-problems and was able to work with the many personalities in my family. He has integrity and paid attention to details. I will recommend Mike to anyone I know that needs a strong advocate in selling there home.
