We interviewed several realtors and included Mike in the mix, without a recommendation, because he sold a home similar to ours close by for a good price. After talking to potential realtors and getting their thoughts about how to sell our house, they all pretty much gave us the same price point and prediction of what would happen once we put our home on the market.
