In the end, we got almost 20k more than we originally priced it for!! The other side of the market, finding a home, became much more challenging due to the competitive nature of the market. Mike was amazing and supported us emotionally through the stressful time. When we were getting fatigued he kept our hopes up and refused to let us settle on anything besides our dream home! We are so thankful to Mike for not letting us give up or settle on a home that would not fit our needs. We love our new home! It is exactly what we need with room to grow build new wonderful memories!
