Mike was incredible during this process to buy my first home. I was so lucky to get him from a Zillow request for a realtor’s help. He was incredibly knowledgeable on how to navigate the negotiation process with the seller after I had my inspection and various tests completed. He helped me in so many ways, I probably don’t even fully realize all the backend things he did to coordinate contractor work and other items after the inspection. I can’t thank him enough for being available to help 7-days a week and during the times I had available before and after work. His thorough communication style worked super well with mine, and we were able to close this home deal in 30 days so I could move out of my rental. He also had knowledge of how to navigate the CHFA first time home buyer programs I wanted to utilize and he recommended a mortgage broker who helped me seal the loan deal. I am happy to say I do not think I will need Mike’s services again because I LOVE MY HOUSE, but I will no doubt recommend him to friends and family and use him in the future if needed.
