Mike Hicks

Mike was a Godsend for us. We were looking to relocate from Minnesota to eastern Tennessee and had very little knowledge of the area. We were unsure if we wanted to buy an existing house or land. Mike walked us through the entire process showing us both and explaining the pros and cons of the different areas. His knowledge of the area, construction and the market in general was invaluable. We ended up buying land to build on, and even though it wasn’t a large sale, Mike treated us like we were his only customers. He went above and beyond when our loan officer dropped the ball to make sure things went smoothly. Communication was great. Mike continues to be a great resource for us with his network in the construction industry. Couldn’t ask for more. Thanks Mike!!
