Mike Gazell

This was our second home purchase. My only regret is that we didn't use Mike the first time we purchased. The process was so smooth, and he really looked out for us. We gave him our list of "must haves." When we wanted to see a house that didn't have one of those items, he would gladly offer to show it to us, but remind us what it was missing. He would also check out neighborhoods ahead of time to make sure the home was something we really wanted to see. He never wasted our time with anything, and was always patient with us. He is a master negotiator! We came in under our budget with nearly everything we wanted. He always asked for feedback along the way so that he could refine searches, and make sure that we weren't wasting time. He stepped up to the plate every time we needed anything! There was never a time when Mike wasn't ready or prepared. He was professional at every encounter. If we ever want to sell and buy again, we will call on Mike!

My home purchasing experience with Mike was wonderful! This was my first time buying a home so I really had no clue what I was doing, but Mike was there every step of the way. Always making sure if I needed any help he was there.
