Mike was very professional and helpful. When we were going to place our house in the market, we had no idea what it was worth. Mike gave us an evaluation and to our surprise it was much higher than expected. He informed us what we should and shouldn't do before it went to market. Fees seemed fine. Some of the sales stuff was a little overly sales-y (like publishing the house to their whole network before it goes live, when I never received a notification about it, and having constant emails from a million places trying to help me with my move, but that stuff wasn't a problem) but overall the job got done and Mike was always available for questions and such and things seemed to work about how they were supposed to.
My experience working with Mike Matt from Exit Realty was tops. He was precise and friendly and professional. I would definitley work with him again, if it came to selling or buying a home.
