I decided to search for my first home. Having no experience in home buying, It was crucial to find the perfect agent to guide me through the process. Mike was exactly the agent I needed. From our first meeting, Mike came across as very sincere, organized, and committed to helping me find a home. He was very professional and easy to work with, and took the time to answer all my questions (that were many!) and guide me through all the process. Not only does he have your best interests in mind, but he is very accommodating. We met to view properties that I was interested fairly quick, the same day or within a day. Also, he was easily accessible, answering emails and phone calls promptly and often late into the night. From finding a condo, to making an offer, then working through negotiations and inspections and finally receiving the keys to my first home, Mike was right there to guide me through each step. If someone asked me to recommend them a buyer's agent, I would recommend Mike without thinking twice about it. And if I ever need to buy again in San Diego, I will call him right away.
