Mike Garrison

Mike was always professional and courteous. My wife and I originally started out trying to find a lot to build a home. Mike was constantly sending us available properties. We finally found one to our liking and Mike started to do research regarding the lot and the permits which pertain to building in Jamul. he was always willing to go the extra mile for us. Unfortunately the building costs were much more than expected and we had to drop the project. After investing almost 4 months out of his time without any reward, Mike still stuck with us and continued to provide us with excellent service and much motivation to continue our pursuit of finding a home. And we did. A month later we found our home and Mike was quick in getting the deal closed. He was constantly following up with the progress from the lender and was a driving force to getting into escrow. This whole journey lasted from June to October of 2016 and once in a while we like to call him and say Hi. Every time a friend starts talking about wanting to purchase a home or a lot, I'm quick to say " I know the perfect guy who can help you. He's sincere, professional, and will keep your interest a priority". Thanks again for all your dedication to our search Mike! You really were a Blessing to us. Avalos Family
