It’s been a year (this month) that we closed on our home. We were talking and we must have looked at 40-50 homes before this one. We couldn’t have done so without the help of Mike Fall. We didn’t realize this until the day of closing but, when we started this process back then, Mike asked us for our “must-haves.” We gave Mike 10 features/items we were looking for in a home. The best part about this is that Mike delivered everything on our list. Well almost…we didn’t get the hardwood floors, but the laminate in our home is pretty awesome and close enough to hardwood. Impressive to say the least and all under budget too. Mike was honest in the way homes would be viewed by other potential buyers, how sellers do one thing vs another, helped point out things we as buyers need to be aware of, new construction vs pre-existing homes, the list goes on and on, but most of all, Mike never left us hanging when there was any questions or concerns. He made himself available and/or got back to us in a reasonable amount of time to ensure we were comfortable in making our decisions. If you, or know someone looking to purchase a home I highly recommend giving Mike a call. Whether that being your first home or if you’ve purchased before, smaller budget to a GDP of a small country, you won’t be disappointed. Mike’s knowledge of the market and his customer service is second to none.
