Thankfully, a friend referred me to Mike Fabrizio when I began looking for a house. My search encompassed the Philadelphia and South Jersey area and Mike was very accommodating and never complained when my search ultimately led me over the bridge! It was also refreshing to work with someone who always responded timely to my telephone calls, emails and/or text messages. I had some issues following home inspection and he stayed on top of negotiating resolution. From the time I started the search to closing, I felt like I had a true advocate working in my best interest. If I am ever in the market for another home, I will definitely contact Mike and would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends!
