Mike helped the reviewer sell this property

EXCEPTIONAL

Mike Evans was absolutely amazing. He is very personable, professional, and possesses superior knowledge of the Houston/Katy housing market. We had our house on the market for over 6 months with another agent who did not produce the desired results we were looking for. We, luckily, crossed paths with Mike Evans and he convinced us to give him a chance and we were so glad that we did. He sold our house in 3 hours!!! Yes, 3 hours and for our asking price. This was right before the housing market exploded and it became a seller's market when anyone could sell a house in a few days. Moreover, he assisted us in finding a very nice rental until we were ready to leave Houston. We only wish Mike could have been our real estate agent where we choose to plant our flag. We couldn't recommend Mike Evans any more highly. He will take good care of you.
